This book is about a very bored boy who want to be in school when he is out and want to be out when he is in, he is always wanting to be somewhere else than where he already is then (now). Someone sends him a package (a tollbooth) for him to go on an adventure, he only went because he had nothing better to do.

The author of this book is being literal by using words as character names. Here, the book talks about a boy named Milo who is lethargic and thinks knowledge is not important. He then enters into a world where he meet weird and different characters. He plans to rescue Rhyme and Reason to save problems in each places. He went to the Castle and Air to save the princesses but will he past through the demons in the Mountain of Ignorance?

This story is amazing. The Arthur uses puns. This story is about a boy named Milo who is lathargic. But something pops up in his room. He went on his adventure of the Tollbooth which he change alot. At the end of the boook, he change diffrently.

This book is awesome. On the last chapter I could tell that Milo change from lethargic to excited after his adventure is over. I said he change, because he said he wanted to go to another trip while he's jumping around.For those who never read it,maybe they should try to read it.

This book is about how boy named Milo who thinks Earth is a very boring place. One day when he camed home he found something unsual in his room. He open it and finds a tollboth in his room and decides to explore it. When Milo gets inside he find hisself in a whole mess and he meets really great friends he also met two kings and two princess and he gets more excited along
the way. He realized in some way he is a hero of the tollboth.

Then one day, when Milo get back from school, he finds a tollbooth that has a strange world inside of it, so he drives through the tollbooth and discovers that it is another world. Then he meets Tock the watchdog, the humbug, and many other strange characters inside the world of the phantom tollbooth, and then he is already on a journey to rescue the princesses of Rhyme and Reason.
